Returns

Return items MUST be postmarked within 14 days of purchase from your order (items returned after 14 days will be marked return to sender). No refunds will be issued, only store credit. In store credit will be issued via a code sent to your email within 2-3 business days after your return arrives back in the shop. You will then enter this code at checkout of your next purchase (KEEP YOUR CODE :)  I will not re-issue deleted or "forgotten" codes.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags on and in original packing. Return shipping is the purchasers responsibility when sending items back.  I highly suggest to keep tracking of your shipping information just in case.  All items marked SALE BIN, jewelry, NIKIBIKI items, leggings and all special orders cannot be returned. Any items returned that look worn, altered or tags removed will be returned at the purchasers expense.  If postage isn't paid within 1 week items will be donated to charity.
